BuzzSaw,
or Buzz, is a five year old Border Collie. She weighs in at only 34 pounds and is only 19 inches at the shoulder. She really
has it in for any and all squirrels. When she is in her tree, she is over 5 feet above the ground, straight up! There are
no branches, hills or anything to help her on her climb into her ash tree. Just momentum. No one has ever told her she can’t
climb this tree, that it would be impossible for a small Border Collie, so she does it, dozens of times, every day—rain,
snow or sunny. Her sole motivation is to get her hands (er, paws) on one of the many neighborhood squirrels that torment her—or
is it to become one?
Buzz also competes in Flyball, her team is "Time to Me to Fly," with DEO Speedwaggin' Flyball Team. She's not as fast or competitive as Skye, but we expect her to reach FM soon.

Skye has
roots deep in Colorado, and at 6, is the youngest of the 40 year old Hardey family line of Border Collies. Skye is very athletic
and talented Black and white rough coat. While she is quite feminine, she is very competitieve and loves Flyball. Last June,
she reached the FMX level in Flyball and should reach FMCh this year. Her team is "Time To Fly" with the DEO Speedwaggin' Flyball Team.
Skye has been herding sheep and ducks for a couple of years and competed in several local herding trials,
and doing very nicely in Novice. Would be up to Pro Novice soon, just learning the mysteries of driving. She's far more interested
in herding the geese in the water, than on the ground.

Fawn is
a smooth coat Border Collie, originally from Canada. She is quite athletic, fast and very intense. After a bit of competing
in stock dog trials, she entered goose dog trianing in California. Fawn is a very classic working Border Collie, with a strong
eye—she really makes use of her preditor look to intimidate the Canada geese.
We have competed in local Sheepdog trials, in Novice level. She will have to learn to give her sheep some breathing room before
she can go to Pro Novice, though.
Fawn is currently in class, and learning Flyball. She does seem to think the small doggies are there for her to gather and
play with. It is a bit of an issue to overcome, but then she should do alright and be able to get some exercise when there
are no geese to chase.
She is a very sweet girl, belying her tough look. She has earned the nick name of "The Fonze"

Mick is
Skye's Dad. He is a rough coat Border Collie, and at 9 years of age, he is the "Daddy" of the pack. Mick actually started
out in Search and Rescue, and was proving to be a tremondous air scent dog. He was forced to retire when Mom decided that
the backpacking for miles with a 30 pound pack was no longer an option for her hips.
Mick then learned about sheep and has loved herding them ever since. While ducks don't seem to even show up on his radar,
he thinks the Goose hazing was developed just for him.
His favorite toy is actually a basket ball, though he will really go after anything you can throw, and occasionally gets to
play Flyball for demos, on on a veteran's team. Not really fast, just happy.

Tug is the
capain of our swim team, and will go out of his way to go swimming after the geese. Tug is a real loving fellow, and nearly
turns himself over, wagging his tail. He is about 8 years old, and has several years of goose business in his resume. A rough
coat tri, with big feet, we tease him about looking like a mini-Burmese Mountain Dog. However, he is all Border Collie and
very keen to work sheep, ducks or geese. We have triale a little, locally, won at Novice, ready to move up to Pro Novice.
His other passion is digging nesting holes for all of the other dogs. His favorite indoor activity is managing Babe's (our
calico cat), movements as she goes about her daily activities.
